Earlier today we released an update to our authentication services that caused our APIs to be inaccessible for 24 minutes between 1:49 PM and 2:13 PM. The incident was resolved immediately; however, due to our APIs being completely shut out, our system did not collect any logs during this period.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will be immediately working on a root cause analysis and implementing better practices to avoid such problems in the future.
